Acceptance
By downloading or using Rightly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rightly.
License
Rightly grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your Mac. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, or sell Rightly without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rightly to process, store, or share illegal content. You are responsible for all content you upload via the Upload & Share feature.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €4.99. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime for server-dependent features (Upload & Share). Local features (conversions, compression) work entirely offline and are always available.
Limitation of liability
Rightly is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or any damages arising from use of the software. Always keep backups of important files.
